About Organisation:

Ernest Cook University (ECU) is a private University offering a wide range of courses with a niche in health-related programmes. ECU began as Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute (ECUREI) whose initial seed was teaching and training Ultrasound.

 

Job Summary:   Preferably a PhD holder, this role involves spearheading the institution’s research initiatives and fostering innovation.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coordinating all research activities across the institution.
  • Identifying and securing research grants and partnerships.
  • Driving innovative projects and ensuring alignment with the university’s goals.
  • Mentoring faculty and students in research methodologies and publication processes.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • A PhD in a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in research and innovation.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
