Easy Ride Accident Solutions Limited is a fully incorporated limited liability company with head offices in Kampala, Uganda. We are a motor emergency service company, and our primary functions are the provision of automobile solutions to individuals, insurance companies, and corporate companies.
Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified workshop assistant who will receive incoming repair jobs, monitor progress & communicating with customers to ensure they have a good service experience. The role includes repair & record keeping roles as well hence requires a multitasker, who pays attention to details & can work under pressure. Female is preferred.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance, mechanical diagnosis, vehicle inspection 2. Maintain repair & maintenance records & other related
- administrative tasks such as scheduling service appointments. 3. Relay information to customers on their vehicle status and answer inquiries.
- Perform road testing of vehicles will ensure that they are in proper working order.
- Accurately manage service records.
- Respond to customer complaints about the maintenance /repair service.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate / Diploma in mechanics.
- 2 years of proven experience in similar/related roles.
- Work Environment.
- Onsite work model with occasional client visits.
