Job Summary: Our Affiliate & Partnerships Program plays a key role in expanding our reach, and we’re looking for a driven and ambitious Partnerships Assistant to help us grow and manage relationships with affiliate partners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner Research & Outreach
- Identify and research potential partnership opportunities.
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and industry networks to recruit new partners.
- Track and manage outreach progress.
Partner Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding new partners, ensuring they understand Neexa’s solutions and how to promote them.
- Provide resources, ongoing support, and performance insights to help partners succeed.
Program Growth & Optimization
- Monitor affiliate performance, compile weekly reports, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop outreach campaigns.
- Help organize networking events, Q&As, and engagement initiatives for partners.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A motivated, entry-level professional with a background in Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, or related fields.
- Strong interest in partnerships, sales, and digital marketing.
- Excellent research and online lead-generation skills.
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
