Job Summary: Ensure Compliance and timely disbursement, control and review all the processes and the policies that facilitate good customer relationship service delivery within the Bank.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate existing customer credit limits on a regular basis and disburse increases when appropriate levels, within company authorization levels.
- Time declarations of risk Margin and ensure payments are made timely upon receipt of Invoices.
- Ensure timely disbursement of loans (within TAT of 4 hours).
- Review Credit Quest approvals to ensure that all conditions and requirements precedent to disbursement are satisfied.
- Ensure proper maintenance of credit documentation registers and monitoring expiry dates of critical documents ensuring renewal or extension of expiry dates.
- Updating the lodged security details with renewed Insurance policies and vehicle trackers.
- Fast resolution of queries from the business and to ensure compliance with service standards as per SLA terms to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and the best practice in the monitoring & control process with a view of minimizing credit risk.
- Timely and updated reconciliation of loan suspense accounts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Timely disbursement of loans approved.
- Resolving loan queries raised by the business units with reference to Manager Credit Administration Unit.
- Reviewing Credit Quest requests to ensure all conditions and requirements precedent to disbursement are satisfied.
- Daily closing of loans in Credit Quest that have been booked.
- Daily updating of renewed insurance policies for lodged securities.
