Job Summary: We are in search of hardworking, results-oriented and self-motivating candidates to join us as a Direct Sales Agents.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Presenting the products and services to the customers.
- Meetings the daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through various sales channels
- Resolving customers complaints and issues if any.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of Market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or digital sales.
- Excellent networking skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- The ability to retain important information.
- Sound consultative selling skills.
