Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited, is seeking a highly skilled and courteous Front Desk Officer to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Respond to front desk inquiries and direct visitors or clients to the appropriate departments or individuals efficiently.
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and route them to the correct person or department as needed.
- Assist walk-in customers and visitors, guiding them to their designated destinations within the company premises.
- Post internal notices and communications on the notice boards, keeping employees updated on important information.
- Ensure workplace security by checking visitor badges and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
- Keep the reception area neat and organized, presenting a professional environment at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to assist where needed.
- Provide support to any other branch company reception when required, ensuring consistent service across locations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial studies, Administration or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in a similar role gained in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is desirable.
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Must be people oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Should possess good time management skills.
- Should be able to portray the image of the company
