A small-yet-powerful smokeless stove, it will virtually eradicate the catastrophic impact that traditional cooking and heating methods inflict on health, environment, and poverty in developing countries around the world, and provides electricity.
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Operations Manager to oversee and support {six ] Field Coordinators across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, training, and monitoring field activities, ensuring efficient sales execution, consumer finance repayment, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Field Team Oversight
- Supervise and support six Field Coordinators, ensuring effective management of Field Agents.
- Oversee daily and weekly planning, ensuring Coordinators assign clear targets based on sales, repayments, and maintenance priorities.
- Monitor overall regional performance trends, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct weekly strategy calls and monthly performance reviews with Field Coordinators.
- Ensure that Coordinators maintain accountability, motivation, and structured execution in their respective teams.
Sales & Portfolio Performance Management
- Ensure coordinators and field agents meet sales targets, guiding them in improving lead generation and conversions.
- Oversee consumer finance repayment tracking, ensuring Coordinators drive effective repayment collection strategies.
- Use Salesforce and performance dashboards to analyze repayment trends and agent productivity.
- Implement corrective actions for underperforming regions and ensure compliance with sales strategies.
Field Training, Development & Compliance
- Design and lead structured training programs for Field Coordinators and Agents on sales techniques, syncing processes, and portfolio management.
- Ensure teams follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales execution, customer engagement, and after-sales service.
- Conduct field coaching sessions, ensuring Coordinators develop their teams effectively.
- Work with HR to formalize mentorship programs, pairing high-performing leaders with junior staff for career growth.
Customer Relations & Aftersales Coordination
- Ensure Coordinators oversee customer training programs on stove usage, payments, and product maintenance.
- Monitor maintenance cases and ensure that regional offices are operating efficiently for customer support.
- Collaborate with the Service Response Team to ensure customers receive timely assistance and resolution of product issues.
Reporting, Data Analysis & Budgeting
- Ensure weekly and monthly field performance reports are compiled accurately and submitted on time.
- Analyze sales trends, portfolio performance, and customer repayment rates across all regions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Senior Management Team based on field insights.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely stock distribution to Field Coordinators.
- Review and approve monthly budget requests from Field Coordinators.
Coordination & Strategic Execution
- Serve as the bridge between Field Operations and Senior Management, ensuring seamless communication.
- Work closely with Consumer Finance, HR, and Operations Teams to align field execution with company objectives.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with ACE policies, ensuring all field activities adhere to company regulations.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and lead efforts to implement innovative solutions.
- Any other activities determined necessary by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or any business related field.
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing in a managerial role or similar role preferably in renewable energy.
- Recommendation and Residence letter from LC 1 Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results consistently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.
- Must be a native of the location applied for.
- Ability to speak and communicate in the local language he/she is applying for.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
