Job Summary: Responsible to deputize the Property manager in acting as the onsite representative by overseeing maintenance works, supervising contractors, maintaining the corporate accountability and coordinating all property activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Technical/Building/Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
