Key Duties and Responsibilities:

HSE

  • Ensure that all HSE & Asset integrity related data & information are easily accessible to raise people awareness about actual level of risks & associated mitigations.
  • Address corrective actions associated to data & information management deviations resulting from HSE audits or HSE events root cause analysis to improve HSE performance.

Governance

  • Ensure continuous improvement of technical information management processes aligned with disciplines requirements and norms in use• Contribute to the improvement of the local referential through CMS with report HQ’s for specificities.
  • Promote data management initiatives/digital use cases allowing better valorisation of data for the end users through the local “Digital Twin” platform.

Digital Development

  • Coordinate the Digital Road Map and Use Cases within the context of Field Operations.
  • Identify screen and prioritize Digital Use Cases for development/deployment interface points with the overall Digital Champion for affiliate and other Digital Coordinators in other departments i.e. Drilling, Geosciences etc.
  • Follow Digital development for Field Operations in Company.
  • Support Use Case Sponsor with Digital developments and deployments

Data Management Operations

  • Ensure maximum efficiency in the transfer/integration of exhaustive data delivered by Projects or Modifications teams into the local Asset data management systems, when applicable through the Project Data Manager.
  • Ensure Data quality progressive improvements, triggering iterative loops with business disciplines for any data/information.
  • Be the local focal point for external data management companies providing assistance to the Affiliate/LBU & be accountable for deliveries and related documentations.

Digital Twin Implementation & Sustainability

  • Prepare the Digital Twin deployment plan for Field Operations.
  • Coordinate the finalization of the construction of the local “Digital Twin” with the project team in charge.
  • Develop the local processes, monitoring tools to maintain consistency and integrity of technical data throughout the remaining life of the Asset, with a specific attention on Change management.
  • Follow-up the installation, acceptance testing and start-up of future releases of the data management tools installed as part of the local “Digital Twin” platform, in cooperation with the local IS-IT team.
  • Ensure that Affiliate/LBU Data Model is built and maintained to the Group referential requirements. In the meantime, promote and contribute to HQ’s Master Data Model & Reference Data Library improvements by permanent reporting and feedback.
  • Participate actively in the benefits tracking activities before & after Go-Live(s), in particular assist in the definition of appropriate metrics to support & confirm the “Digital Twin” business case.
  • Deliver internal and external training as required and support users in the daily tasks





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of the Company’s Operations Management System (methods & tools), Affiliate/LBU working environment (Métier Background recommended); Data Management (incl. international standards) & IS/Technologies.
  • Experience in either operations, maintenance and/ or projects’.
  • Possess good communication, Master presentation skills, shall have an expertise one of the tools.
