About Organisation:

Ernest Cook University (ECU) is a private University offering a wide range of courses with a niche in health-related programmes. ECU began as Ernest Cook Ultrasound Research and Education Institute (ECUREI) whose initial seed was teaching and training Ultrasound.

 

Job Summary:   The Dean of Students will be responsible for overseeing the student experience, managing student affairs, and fostering a supportive and inclusive campus environment.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership for student programs, services, and policies.
  • Addressing student welfare and discipline matters.
  • Promoting a healthy campus culture and extracurricular activities.
  • Representing student interests to the university administration.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in student management or related roles in an academic setting.
  • A minimum of a Master’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
