Key Duties and Responsibilities:

HSSE

  • Take Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE by periodically leading/taking part in risk assessments, audits, HSE meetings, emergency drills.
  • Ensure assigned staff complies with all company HSE policies & procedures and related initiatives.
  • Ensure Engineering activities are performed in compliance with a high regard to Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements.

Technical

  • Project Execution phase
  • Tools for production reporting:
  • Participate to design preparation of the NPDMS with the support of HQ for Oil, Gas, LPG and water production and water injection as per Company and Industry standards;
  • Be key actor in the NPDMS deployment and follow up from Site assessment to testing and delivery
  • Create with PI HQ support the dedicated PIAF database for NPDMS in which all required inputs will be configured the associated required calculations.
  • Prepare dashboard for monitoring of production performance indicators, shortfalls, production budgeting and forecasts.
  • Ensure handling of the tool by operators, production superintendent and all people responsible for completing the NPDMS tool on daily and monthly basis.

Procedures

  • Support procedures development associated to the official reporting.
  • Each document will have to integrate the responsibilities of who is doing what.
  • Accompaniment
  • Prepare training material with HQ and Prod/Material Balance Lead Engineer for NPDMS users within Tilenga.
  • Provide the training to the NPDMS future users.

Data coordination

  • Ensure consistency between data format availability and the needs.
  • Ensure that all required output data from the NPDMS will be available and in the required format with the end-user.
  • Create testing data in preparation of NPDMS FAT and SAT before start-up.

Production reporting

  • Participate in NPDMS Site Acceptance Test with the review of report and availability of required output data.
  • Develop Production Material Balance, oil lifting, GHG emissions dashboards with KPIs and reports tools.
  • Develop and implement official reporting processes and tools as per Company and Industry standards, including Production performance indicators, Shortfalls, Production budgeting and forecasts.

Production phase

  • Data coordination
  • Update the NPDMS dedicated PI AF database with PI and process modifications and with NPDMS requirement need.
  • Ensure continuity in the data availability for end-users.

Production reporting

  • Prepare official report for Oil, Gas, LPG and water production and water injection.
  • Prepare official reporting for 3rd parties and authorities.
  • Support for GHG emissions monitoring, dashboards with KPIs and reporting.
  • Create new dashboards with KPIs and reporting on purpose.
  • Control input data and correction factors to NPDMS data.
  • Follow the Production performance indicators, Shortfalls, Production budgeting and forecasts.

Interfaces

  • Ensure interface with end-users for dashboard and reporting preparation.
  • Ensure interface with production team, and all internal and external stakeholders for production reporting.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in Petroleum / Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in process engineering, well performance or field operation in gas and/or oil refining and chemicals
  • Know-how in oil and gas operations.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage several requests.
  • Must have an aptitude for analysing data and recognizing abnormal conditions
  • Must have good communication skills to work with Stakeholders and the Field.
