Job Summary:   Responsible for providing customer support across multiple channels. Combines direct customer service, merchant support, and technical administrative assistance.

  • Customer Onboarding & Training
  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Proactive Customer Engagement
  • Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Documentation & Process Improvement





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple customer queries and meet response deadlines
  • Basic understanding of financial and technology terms is a plus
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot basic software tools
  • Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and exceeding expectations
