Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join a start-up consultancy as an Associate/Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, providing HR and business development services. You will be involved in various aspects of the business, supporting HR functions and collaborating with clients to drive growth and success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support to the start-up consultancy, focusing on business growth and people management.
- Collaborate with clients to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Offer advice and guidance on HR processes, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Contribute to business development efforts, supporting the growth of the consultancy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR and business development, with a strong preference for corporate/business experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
- A results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
