KCB Bank Uganda was established in the year 2007 and has grown to become one of Uganda’s top ten commercial banks.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a roll out plan for KCBU Agents.
  • Provide strategic directive to the agent banking business.
  • Lead the BCOs to grow a sustainable agent network.
  • Lead and deliver on all projects related to Agency Banking.
  • Manage stake holders to ensure Agents have 100% for the supplies and merchandise required.
  • Be the primary contact person for all Agent issues and give solutions to all issues raised under agent banking.
  • Ensure high quality service is provided by KCBU agents to customers and ensure compliance of these agents is followed.
  • Overseeing the training and development of quality Agency banking network.
  • Preparation of quality service reports.
  • Manage stable partnerships focusing on strategy and KCBU business growth.
  • Schedule agent promotion campaigns as per bank’s plan
  • Organize Agent feedback forums




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in English and any other local languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certificate in digital Money is an added advantage.
  • Years experience in Agency banking or Digital Channels.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Ability to conduct duties discreetly and impartially.
  • Candidates should have the following.
