Tenza Flour Mills Ltd, located in Namanve Industrial Area, is a wheat flour milling company committed to delivering premium-quality wheat flour to local and regional markets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wheat Flour Miller to join our dynamic team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee wheat flour milling machinery to ensure efficient production.
- Adjust milling settings to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot milling equipment as needed.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor raw wheat quality and ensure finished flour meets required specifications.
- Keep detailed and accurate production records and reports.
- Work closely with the quality control team to uphold production excellence.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Wheat Flour Miller in a similar industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of wheat milling processes and machinery operations.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and food safety regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to work in a milling environment.
