Job Summary: This position holds overall responsibility for creating and driving innovative talent and learning strategies that attract, and nurture diverse talent in alignment with Qcil’s strategic objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusivity.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
- Membership or certification from a recognized HR professional body is desirable.
Required Experience & Competences
- At least 10 years’ experience of broad-based background in talent development and learning with at least 5 years at managerial level.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Implementing learning and development Programs.
- Strong analytical skills to identify gaps, conduct analyses, and develop solutions.
- Demonstrated exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Adaptability to high levels of ambiguity and organisational change.
- Well-developed people skills with ability to influence others.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quick decision making and holistic problem solving.
- Ability to initiate new ideas and practices.
