Job Summary: Responsible for supervising structural works on the project.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry out inspections to assess their structural quality.
- Responsible for design development.
- Create structural models by using computer-aided design software.
- Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
- Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers.
- Track and report progress on works.
- Follow construction safety guidelines.
- Evaluate and check drawings and sketches.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of proven work experience in a senior managerial position working on international construction projects.
- Experience in planning and cost control processes.
- Experience working on oil and gas construction projects will be a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of software programs AutoCAD.
- Advanced Knowledge in concrete and structural works.
- Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, plans and sketches.
- Previous experience in international projects.
- Availability to work in multicultural environments and in different geographic areas
