Job Summary:   We seek a skilled social media specialist to help clients create engaging content, enhance online presence, and connect with audiences. The position is a hybrid role, offering flexibility in terms of work setup and payment based on workload.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning and Creation: Develop and schedule tailored content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client branding and goals.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement strategic social media plans to achieve client objectives, such as increasing engagement, driving website traffic, or boosting brand awareness.
  • Performance Analytics: Monitor key metrics and analytics, such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions, and prepare performance reports to guide improvements.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community to strengthen the brand’s connection with its audience.




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Trained and certified as a social media specialist, indicating formal knowledge of tools and platforms.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts for businesses, handling professional campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling skills with a flair for visually appealing designs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as scheduling platforms, graphic design software, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to track performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Keen interest in staying updated with social media trends and experimenting with innovative approaches to engage target audiences.
