Key Duties and Responsibilities: In this Sales Support position
- Develop and administer sales administration/ sales support plans and processes to support administration and planning of sales contracts as per specifications and expectations, for both the customer and DPDHL
- Deliver support to sales teams and process sales transaction in an efficient, accurate and economical manner
- Support sales teams to prepare quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing
- Execute processes to provide customer information, support identification and qualification of sales leads
- Draft and execute commercial documentation such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements to support sales
- Coordinate between sales and customers, answer queries on both stock and shipment of orders
- Undertake adequate follow up on orders and resolve escalated problems related to orders
- Implement process for completion of post implementation review and prepare reports on resulting customer satisfaction
- Support customer problem management and report on results of corrective processes
- Consolidate and review reports and statistics for supporting sales teams to analyze and prepare for business reviews, including revenue development, churn rates, hit rates, pipeline size, etc. by customers
- Support pre- and after-sales activities
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Clear understanding of Excel, Word and Power Point
- Excellent telephone skills the ability to handle client complaints
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to build effective, long term relationships with clients
- Proven ability to work under pressure and a demonstrated ability to use own initiative
- High level of attention to detail
