Overview:
Huazhou, a leading manufacturer of aggregate stones, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales manager to join the team. This position is ideal for an individual with a strong background in sales within the quarrying or construction materials industry and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. The role involves market development, sales execution, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Market Development and Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Expand the market share for products through strategic customer acquisition and retention.
- Promote and sell aggregate stone products to meet diverse customer needs.
Sales Execution and Targets:
- Execute and achieve the company’s monthly sales plan, targeting the sale of 500 cars (25 cubic meters per car) of aggregate stones.
- Monitor the transportation of products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, including after-sales concerns.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Actively gather and understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain customer information network for market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to management regarding market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the quarry, construction materials, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Strong network of customer resources within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
