Job Summary: We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about creating change. In this role, you will lead projects like our solar PV system hubs in Alebtong district, designed to bring clean energy, digital services, and water access to rural communities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in solar energy, ICT, or security systems.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, ICT infrastructure, and security systems.
- Excellent team leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Knowledge of local and international regulations governing solar installations and ICT solutions.
