Job Title:  Office Assistant (No Experience NGO Jobs)

Duty Station: Adjumani, Uganda

Reports to: Project Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean –  the Organization Office and Compound

• Sweeping and Mopping
• Dusting and Cobwebbing
• Coordinate fumigation at least bi annual
• Cleaning windows and walls
• Emptying and cleaning dustbins
• Presence of a conducive work environment created

Clean Rest-Rooms /Wash Rooms

• Scrub the restrooms
• Replenish the toiletries
• Replenish hand washing water and soap
• Timely service delivery in place

Prepare Tea for Staff and Visitors

• Prepare and serve tea
• Wash utensils immediately after staff have taken tea
• Maintain a Clean kitchen at all times
• Replenish utility items
• Presence of staff welfare provided timely

Waste Management

• Collect waste and dispose it off.
• Offloading and loading items
• Presence of clean work environment.
