Job Summary: The Athena Hotel is on the lookout for proactive and service-driven individuals to join our team as Doorman and Bellboy. Are you someone who enjoys making a difference in people’s day? From assisting guests with their luggage to ensuring they feel at home, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage and other belongings
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with room deliveries and errands
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure excellent guest service
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy luggage
