Job Title: Manager Enterprise Architecture

About the Company:
Housing Finance Bank, is a Commercial Bank and the leading provider of housing finance solutions with a vision to be the preferred consumer and business bank with a focus on housing finance.
Job Summary: The resource shall manage the Bank’s Applications’ Architecture ensuring best Design for performance, Security and Interoperability.
The resource shall ensure proper alignment of all new systems from an Architectural point of view and the right Interoperability with existing systems while maintaining Security, Best Performance and avoidance of component duplication. They will ensure Technology Quality Management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the bank’s enterprise architecture framework.
- Align IT strategies with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new technologies.
- Provide guidance on system integration and architecture standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience in enterprise architecture planning and execution.
- Strong knowledge of IT frameworks and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
