Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and leadership.
- Manage project resources, including team allocation, budgets, and tools.
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in IT project management or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus.
