Investment Impact Manager Careers – aBi Finance Ltd
Job Title: Investment Impact Manager
Organisation: aBi Finance Ltd
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
About the Company:
The Agricultural Business Initiative (aBi) was jointly founded by the Governments of Denmark & Uganda in 2010 as a social enterprise that channels development cooperation funding to agribusinesses & agricultural service providers.
In 2021, aBi Finance transitioned from a company limited by guarantee to a company limited by shares in a bid to commercialize its operations and attract new investments. As an impact investor, aBi Finance Ltd provides sustainable financing solutions in Uganda’s financial services sector. Our mission revolves around enabling access to agribusiness and green finance, achieved through three key strategies: offering competitively priced liquidity through lines of credit (LoC), mitigating agribusiness finance risks using the agribusiness guarantee (AG), and bolstering the capabilities of financial services providers through Financial Services Development (FSD) and Business Development Services (SOS).
