Job Summary: The Human Resource Assistant will develop and manage professional HR administration services. The role ensures efficient and effective HR services are provided to the department, management, and employees while performing routine administrative tasks for the HR department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field.
