Job Summary: AGRICADO FARMS (U) LTD is recruiting and looking to strengthen its team on the farm by recruiting an HR Administrator. Are you a seasoned HR professional, enjoy working in the agro-industry and meet the following criteria please apply!
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years minimum working experience in similar role (within a farming industry is an added advantage).
- Effective communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
- In depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Competency to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of HR systems & databases
- Proficient in MS office ( Excel , Word )
