Job Summary: To Provide 1st line technical support in a re-active and pro-active manner for incidents logged with IT department. This role is responsible for recording, tracking, prioritizing, escalating and resolving end user incidents/problems, in a timely manner. The role ensures efficient customer service and positive image of the IT department and the Bank at large.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle IT service desk inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist in hardware and software installations.
- Train and support users on IT tools and systems.
- Maintain IT support documentation and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in IT or a related field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in IT support or service desk operations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
