Job Summary: The key purpose of this job is to operate, maintain, repair and optimize plant and associated devices to ensure plant availability and product quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

- Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation/ systems
- Plan, and prepare the job
- Carry out repairs/ maintenance

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Ideal – Higher diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical plus Maltings or brewing Certificate
Training:
- Minimum 2-3 months on the job training plus Academy Basic Maintenance Training
- Experience: 1-2 years as a Mechanical Artisan or Electrician
