Job Title:  Motorcycle Parts Sales Representative (Fresher Jobs)

Salary:

Trial Period Salary: Shs 600,000

Full-Time Salary: Shs 750,000 + 1% commission on sales

Job Summary:  We are seeking a motivated and experienced Motorcycle Parts Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling motorcycle parts, drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and provide exceptional service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of motorcycle parts and accessories.
• Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to grow the client base.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention.
• Present and sell company products effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights on market trends.
• Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Proven experience in motorcycle parts sales (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
• In-depth knowledge of the motorcycle industry and spare parts market is essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
