Key Duties and Responsibilities: Reporting To Outlet Sales Manager, The Successful Candidate Will.
- Analyze and check all customer orders provided by sales section.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing department on products required.
- Generate customer sales orders and ensure timely loading processes.
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing of customer orders.
- Coordinating with sales team about stock status reports / updates.
- Take custody of keeping and filling all records confidentially.
- Oversee data entry in the enterprise resource application database.
- Print customer’s orders and follow up with dispatch section on all related roles including stock verification.
- Execute all administrative roles related to the job accordingly.
- In liaison with Sales team, prepare daily and weekly activity / stock reports for submission to the Outlet Sales Manager.
- Make customer invoices and print customer orders.
- Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
