About Organisation:
Raja Dairy Limited is an emerging dairy company in Uganda, committed to providing high-quality milk products to our customers. We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Bulk Sales Executive and Retail Sales Executive.
Job Summary: As a Bulk Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our milk products to bulk buyers. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales growth in the bulk segment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential bulk buyers and retail customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both bulk buyers and retail customers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the dairy industry, is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must know how to ride a bike.
- Basic knowledge of the dairy industry in Uganda is a plus.
