Job Title: Fresh Produce Account Officer

Consuming locally grown produce and fish reduces greenhouse gas emissions through less waste and shorter food supply chains. Urban Greens Ltd is an agritech business focused on making hydroponics & aquaponics accessible to urban growers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy and identify and prioritize target markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and maintain offtake contracts with buyers.
- Manage accounts and build relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with production teams for steady supply.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of aquaponics/hydroponics systems is a plus.
