African Clean Energy (ACE) is a B-Corp certified enterprise that produces and distributes the ACE One solar-biomass hybrid energy system. A small-yet-powerful smokeless stove, it will virtually eradicate the catastrophic impact that traditional cooking and heating methods inflict on health, environment, and poverty in developing countries around the world, and provides electricity.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field Coordinator to join our team. This incumbent in the role will be in charge of the day to day field activities of several ACE Field Agents. This includes the proactive planning of activities of the field teams based on consumer finance repayment rates, sales targets, maintenance cases and usage data collection.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and allocate assignments to field agents as guided by performance dashboards;
- Coordinate with the field agents to ensure efficient use of time to achieve desired daily targets;
- Liaise with HR to conduct ongoing training on important work processes and data integrity requirements to ensure all teams are complying with the standard;
- Track and analyse all field agents’ portfolios and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and for solutions to eliminate potential threats to portfolio health;
- Maintain transparency with the field teams regarding their portfolio standing to ensure the territory and individual field agent’s portfolio is at optimum level;
- Make and receive ad hoc phone calls to ensure all important information is rapidly passed to necessary parties to maximise transparency;
- Prepare portfolio reports for the Operations Manager predicting trends as suggested by the Salesforce data and other additional factors;
- Ensure sensitive customer information is protected and stored securely at all times;
- Prepare and submit budgets for approval on a monthly basis at least 7 days to the end of the month.
- Any other activities determined necessary by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least a Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or any business related field.
- Proven experience in Sales and Marketing or similar role preferably in renewable energy.
- Recommendation and Residence letter from LC 1 Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results consistently
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.
- Must be a native of the location applied for.
- Ability to speak and communicate in the local language he/she is applying for.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
