Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Arcadia Suites Hotel Kampala. The Barista will be responsible for food and beverage preparation, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role involves interacting with guests, taking orders, and preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least a high school certificate
- Barista certification
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience as a Barista
- Ability to handle food preparation tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Barista certification or training is a plus
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
