Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics or a related field..
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in product management, agricultural finance, or value chain development.
• Familiarity with the agricultural sector and the unique challenges faced by smallholder farmers.
• Strong analytical, project management, and strategic planning skills.
