True North Consult Ltd is a boutique HR Consultancy Firm that offers bespoke HR solutions to selected clients in various sectors and industries across East Africa, with operational offices in Kampala, Nairobi and Kigali.
Job Summary: Responsible for Planning, Prioritization and execution of Marketing programs that are aimed at customer education, product adoption and churn reduction among others
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Share analysis of the launched campaigns
- Automate routine tasks.
- Manage and oversee campaigns.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Educational Level
Must have
- Bachelors’ Degree in IT, Computer Science, engineering or another relevant field
Working Experience
Must have
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience BI & Analytics
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel and Linux is a MUST.
Skills critical to the role
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel and Linux.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sharp business acumen.
- Proactive, Passionate and results oriented.
- Demonstrated capacity to research, develop, lead and manage projects of varying complexity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight time constraints
