A small-yet-powerful smokeless stove, it will virtually eradicate the catastrophic impact that traditional cooking and heating methods inflict on health, environment, and poverty in developing countries around the world, and provides electricity.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consumer Finance Officer to join our team. This role will contribute to the Monitoring and Loan recovery scale up in the company and henceforth improve customer engagement thus improvement in the Portfolio quality.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients’ financial information and calculate risk ratios.
- Support Field Agents to make quality sales through providing guidance on KYC.
- Eliminate Sales to Customers that have proven to be unreliable in paying their Credit to ACE.
- Maximize repayments by getting non paying customers back on track.
- Support the restructuring and repossession processes by adhering to the consumer finance timelines.
- Timely update of customer payments in the system to track portfolio performance.
- Support in resolving customer complaints.
- Carry out customer satisfaction surveys to enhance the company’s value preposition.
- Any other tasks assigned deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- At least a Degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, banking or Business Administration or any business related field.
- Proven experience in Financial institutions or similar role preferably in renewable energy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results consistently.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Results-driven with the ability to focus on achieving set objectives and goals.
- Must be a native of the location applied for.
- Ability to speak and communicate in the local language he/she is applying for.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
- Recommendation and Residence letter from LC 1 Office.
