About Organisation:
ITHUBA Uganda Limited is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in Africa within the exciting world of Lottery and Gaming. ITHUBA Uganda Limited was recently licensed to run the National Lottery on behalf of the Government of Uganda.
Job Summary: As a Lottery Field Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Lottery products to potential customers. You will work closely with our marketing team to execute sales strategies and reach sales targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell Lottery products.
- Educate customers about different lottery games, prizes, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Keep up to date with all lottery regulations, games, and policies.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or any other related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least two years of experience in Sales and Distribution in a service industry.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of lottery products and the gaming industry will be an added advantage.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license with driving experience of at least 1 year with ability to drive a manual vehicle.
- Ability to speak the location local language is an added advantage.
