Job Summary: We are currently looking for Sales Representatives to join Jubilee Allianz General Insurance Company in Kampala, Uganda. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, whether as a professional or a fresh graduate, and have a high level of motivation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, we encourage you to apply and become a part of our successful sales team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential clients.
- Promote and sell company insurance products and services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns related to insurance.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive progress reports to management.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction and company success.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to compete in the insurance market.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about sales and driven to achieve results.
- Diploma/degree in any field of study.
- Reside in Kampala or nearby areas.
