Job Summary:   As a Senior Business Development Associate, you will take a leading role in driving the growth and expansion of HR consultancy services. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, mentoring junior team members, and implementing strategies to meet organizational growth targets.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and sales strategies to secure new clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Actively network to build professional connections and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly track and report on sales performance and growth metrics.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in HR or consulting services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Qualification and experience in Human Resources Management is an added advantage.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
