Job Summary: Perform autonomously or with support complex/advanced IT installation, maintenance works, and repairs depending on the technician’s specialization, ensuring proper functioning of MSF equipment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced installations, maintenance, and repairs of IT systems.
- Manage user support, ensuring ICT tools are properly functioning.
- Assist in diagnosing equipment issues and updating inventory.
- Assist the administration team to improve IT-related workflow systems.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education:
- Final year in Higher National Diploma or Diploma in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Experience:
- Fresh University Graduate.
- Language:
- English (French is a strong advantage).
- Competencies: Proactive, teamwork, flexibility, and good written and verbal communication skills.
