A-Lite Uganda is a healthcare technology startup dedicated to improving the quality of patient safety and care in sub-Saharan Africa through innovation and applied research.

Job Summary:  This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Finance) in Mbarara. The Trainee will be involved in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, as well as supporting accounting tasks.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Knowledge of financial operations and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally etc…
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
