Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Trainee (Finance) in Mbarara. The Trainee will be involved in financial modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making, as well as supporting accounting tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of financial operations and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally etc…
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
