Job Summary:   We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Medical Dispatcher to join our team. The Medical Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving and coordinating ambulance calls, as well as overseeing pre-hospital care operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely response and effective communication during emergency situations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors of Nursing and/or Public Health.
• Qualification in Project Planning and Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in coordinating, directing and overseeing medical operations.
• Call center experience is desirable.
