About the Company:

Kampala Hospital is a privately-owned hospital that was established in 2007. Our mandate was and is to bring non-existent services to the countries that were often sought by many people who frequently moved abroad to seek quality medical care.

Job Summary:   We’re looking for a skilled Laboratory Manager to lead our state-of-the-art lab operations!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee workflows and ensure timely, quality results.
• Manage inventory, equipment and compliance.
• Lead and motivate a team of lab professionals.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Laboratory Technology.
• 3-5 years of lab experience.
• Expertise in hematology, chemistry, and more.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
