Job Summary: Management of transport related reporting and KPI’S Track and Trace of fleet in transit and POD management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible track & Trace of fleet in transit including reporting violations/best practices, roll calls in morning, night curfew, journey plans and provision of feedback to drivers.
- Responsible for generating accurate transport statement daily, weekly and on monthly basis.
- Responsible for generating accurate fuel statement on weekly and monthly basis.
- Responsible for management of PODs including scanning, filing, and archiving them when they are returned.
- Responsible for generating the POD report on weekly, monthly, and reporting any risk around POD returns to line manager.
- Responsible for issuing fuel to drivers after loading.
- Responsible for reporting any Health and safety faults within area of jurisdiction to line manager or the Site Lead.
- Responsible for generation of transport KPI data as assigned by the line manager.
- Supports on any other duties as assigned by line manager.
- Responsible for timely submission of transporters invoices and follow up their payments with finance at DHL head office.
- Contact person for subby drivers.
- Responsible for following up on recovery of fuel with finance department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Transport and Logistics.
- High level of data analysis skills
- Basic database knowledge.
- 2yrs or 3yrs work experience.
