Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a secretarial or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and confidentiality handling.
