Job Title:   Lubricants Sales Executive

Founded in 1990, Rubis is an independent French operator specializing in three business areas:

• The distribution of petroleum products (service station networks, commercial fuel oil, aviation fuel, LPG, bitumens, etc.), with operations in Europe, the Caribbean and Africa through our subsidiary Rubis Énergie;
• Support and services, alongside our downstream petroleum products distribution activity, with a midstream position, grouping together refining, trading-supply and shipping operations;
• Storage through our subsidiary Rubis Terminal, providing storage of liquid products for our customers (petroleum, chemical and agri-food products). Rubis Terminal is a leader in France and also holds operations in the Netherlands, Belgium and Turkey.

Job Summary:  This is a contract role for a Lubricants Sales Executive at RUBiS Energy Uganda. The Lubricants Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing lubricants sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. In addition, the Lubricants Sales Executive will provide technical support and guidance to customers on lubricants usage.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of lubricants
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
