Founded in 2019 through a partnership between Joint Stock Company Global Security and the Government of Uganda, ITMS has rapidly grown into a comprehensive national initiative aimed at addressing the country’s evolving security and transportation needs.
Job Summary: The role involves designing and implementing employee training programs, identifying skill gaps, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Assess training needs across the organization and measure the outcomes of training initiatives.
- Maintain and manage up-to-date employee development records.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Successful implementation of training plans.
- Improved employee performance metrics.
- High engagement and participation in learning initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
